1915(c) Medicaid Mental Health Waiver Related

MHWaiverServices9-22-2010v3: A Powerpoint presentation used in the first stakeholder input for the development of a 1915(c) Medicaid mental health waiver.  The focus of the meetings was on the clinical needs assessment process, and the resultant preliminary recommendations for services to be included in the waiver application.

MH-1915cDiscussionForum10-27-10v4.ppt:  A Powerpoint presentation used in the second stakeholder discussion forum for the development of a 1915(c) Medicaid mental health waiver.  The focus of the meeting was to provide an overview of the waiver model development and to receive comment from stakeholders.

HCBS Waiver-1915(c) 10.26.10_draft final:  A high level flow chart of an individual’s process of screening into the waiver, service plan development, linkage to services, and ongoing monitoring and oversight.  This is an interim draft for input and not final for the formal waiver application.
